We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2025, at the age of 72, Larry Williams Sr. of Newnan, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Frances Bishop and Monroe David Williams; and his siblings, Patsy Bryan, Joseph Williams, Jimmy Williams, Robert "Peanut" Williams and Ricky Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams; his children, Elizabeth Williams, Jeanette Williams (Jerry) and Larry Williams, Jr. (Cheree); his grandchildren, Alex Williams (Ashley), Shelby Courson (Jacob), Brianna Stevens (Hunter), Jessica Bolling, Cierra Williams and Amber Mosley (Matt); his great grandchildren, Cade Courson, Addison Courson, Noah Bolling and Blakley Stevens; and his siblings, Diane Thompson (Donnie), Jerry "Chop" Williams and Billy Williams (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillcrest Chapel (1 Bullsboro Dr, Newnan, GA 30263). The lying in state was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Providence Baptist Church (918 Providence Church Rd, Newnan, GA 30263).
