He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Samuels (Melvin), Patricia Wortham, Martha Alford, Mack Daniels (Christine) and Willie B. Champion, Jr. (Shelley); and his children, Christie Wortham, Khonda Wortham and Leon Wortham, Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
