We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mark Alan Carmichael of Newnan, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Abram Carmichael and Edna Weems Carmichael; and his brother David Charles Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Carmichael of Newnan; his children, Debbie Rola of Barnesville, Rachel Long (Steven) of McDonough, Jacob Carmichael of Griffin and Bethany Carmichael of Newnan; his siblings, Donna Price of Rockmart, Jimmy Carmichael (Louann) of Griffin and Cindy Carey (Steve) of McDonough; and his grandchildren, Sydney Rola, Liam Long and Laci Long. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Community Fellowship (75 Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA 30271).
Rather than flowers the family requests memorial contributions to Piedmont Newnan and Guiding Light Hospice for taking such good care of Mark.
