He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Mobley and Evelyn Mobley; and his brother Dennis "Gene" Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Connie Stephens Mobley; his brother Allan Mobley; his children, Michele (Mobley), Juan Orlandini, Michael and Melissa Norton; his grandchildren, Claire Orlandini, Christopher Orlandini, Jordan Orlandini, Hailey (Norton), Phil James, Wesley Anne Norton, Emily, Will Allen and Brandon Roper; and his great grandchildren, Berlin Allen, Declan Roper, Ozzy James and Jameson Lewis Allen. He is also survived by extended family of cherished nieces and nephews.
