He is survived by : his partner Tracey Spain; his children, Brandon Thacker (Donna), Joshua Spain (Meghan), Justin Spain (Allie) and Ashlyn Spain (Hunter); his grandchildren, Payton Thacker, Harley Thacker, Kaylee Thacker, Jack Spain, Wyatt Spain, Waylon Spain and Collin Spain; and his sister Sheila Wadsworth.
