He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. and Margaret Westover (Webb) of Joseph City; and his siblings, Flora Tiffany (Ned) and Brent Westover (Valaine). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Greer; his siblings, LeGrande (Pat), John (Mary) and Margie Russell (Gary); and his children, Greer (Pamela), Michelle Crews (Belinda), Elizabeth Lachemann (Jim), Rebecca Finell (Brian) and Amy Harrelson (Matt). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
