He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Peavy and Opal Peavy; and his brother Phillip Peavy. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Peavy; his children, Paul Daniel "Danny" Peavy (Amber), Michael Anthony Peavy (Debbie) and Megan Marie Peavy; and his sisters, Deborah Jones (Richard) and Elaine Corbin (Jesse). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
