He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Tolbert and Horace Furman Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; and his children, Scott, Chadwick, Melissa, Lauren and Dorothy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
