He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Laird and Roselle Laird; and his grandson Gregory Wilhoit. He is survived by: his wife Brita Laird; his daughters, Rhonda Baker (Mark) and Candice Clement (Dave); his stepchildren, Michael Peek (Renee), Eric Peek (Nancy) and Denise Brown (Scot); and his grandchildren, Lynne Bauta (David), Lauren McDonald, Matt Williford (Breanna), Jaime Williford and Tyler Wilhoit (Kristin). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
