She was predeceased by: her husband William Steve Moore; her father Homer; her stepmother Vara Wright; and her siblings, James "Bo" Wright, Buddy Wright, Norma Simpkins, Sarah Pitts, Jeanette Wright and Sue Woodard.
She is survived by: her son Scott Moore (Marna) of Newnan, Georgia; her siblings-in-law, Mary Nell Hendrix of Franklin, Jan Meacham (J. L.) of Newnan, Jean Gothard of Jemison, Gail Wright of Dallas, Sara Wright of Roopville, Georgia, Garey Moore (Joan) of Houston and Jerry Woodard of Franklin, Georgia; her grandchildren, Morgan and Donnie (Hayley); and her great grandchild Dawn Millie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
