He was predeceased by: his mother Fumiko (Earl W. Shepard). He is survived by: his wife Lana O'Banion; his sons, Richard Oue (Renae) of Kawasaki and Jonathan Oue (Brittany) of Simpsonville, SC; his siblings, Shelby Shepard (Diane) of Brandenburg, KY and Sheron Rowe (Richard) of Altamonte Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jonathan "Jon" (Victoria), Rachel, Caleb, Stephen, Timothy and Joshua Oue; and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Gemma and Josiah.
