It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Boggs Joiner of Newnan, Georgia, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thacker Jackson and Mary Orie Boggs; and her husband John Thomas Joiner. She is survived by: her children, Lyn Joiner Steed (Matt) of Wedowee, AL, Susan Joiner Wills (David) of McDonough and John R. Joiner (Wanda) of Newnan; her grandchildren, Jason Joiner, Jared Joiner (Amanda), Zachary Steed, Kalin Steen and Carrie Lyn Norris; and her great grandchildren, Landon Joiner, Alexis Joiner, Zander Halpin and Sydney Norris.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Palmetto Baptist Building Fund, 6344 N Hwy 29, Palmetto, GA 30268 or the Alzheimer's Association, http://www.alz.org.
