He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Clyde Couch and Faye Howard Couch; his wife Gwen Wallace Couch; and his son William Kenneth Couch. He is survived by: his son Kevin Couch (Julie); his granddaughters, Amber Rowe and Autumn Duncan; his great grandchild David Rowe; and his siblings, Bobby Couch, Dwight Couch, Lester Couch and Patricia Gilbert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Rather than flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, P.O. Box 218, Newnan, GA 30264.
