It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willie Hayes Parker (Newnan, Georgia), who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Hoyt Parker and Linda "Shorty" Todd; his son Tom Parker; and his stepson Mike Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hudgens Hyatt Parker; his children, Rose Vanwinkle (Larry) and Michael Parker; his stepchildren, Rex Hyatt (Tammy), Paul Hyatt, Cathy Avery, Amos Clark (Misty) and Jeff Clark; his daughter-in-law Kathy Hyatt; his sister Linda Rose Wells; and his pet Frenchie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263).
