He is survived by: his children, Christy Houchens (Alex) of Jacksonville, Angel Fowler (Ryan) of Jacksonville, John Steven Grimes (Cayla) of Ludowici and Brandon Scott Grimes (Nikki) of Nicholls, Georgia; his grandchildren, Emily, Andrew, Rylie, Grey, Madison, Malory, McKaden of Makayla, T. J., A. J., Braydon and Mason; his great grandchildren, Zaydyn, Zalayah and Cienna; and his brother David Grimes of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
