He is survived by: his wife Diane Joyce Short; his children, Clifford Edward Short, Jr. (Sheila) of Nicholls, Kyle Williams Short of Baxley and Timothy Sumner Short (Carol Thibault) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Meggan, Andrew, Jonathan, Ashlyn, Dakota, Briana, Arianna, Timothy, Jr., Isaiah and Zander; and his brother Clarence Short of Vermont. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
