He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glen Watkins and Vivian Huerta Spivey; and his sisters, Lotus "Puddin" Marie Rios (Robert Steve "PeeWee" Watkins) and Sandra Lynn Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Watkins of Nicholls, GA; his children, Michael James Watkins (Adriana), Otho Clyde-Nelson Watkins (Kristy), Alexander Ray Watkins, Catherine Lee, Amanda Watkins (Kava "Kabo") and Patricia Lee Watkins (Aaron); and his sisters, Dorothy Faye Carver (Raybo) and Debra Ann Watkins (Tony). He is also survived by Six Grandchildren.
