He was predeceased by: his parents, Wright Nipper and Pearl Spell. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Hill of Lake City and Jan Marie Cannon (Joseph) of Homerville, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Anisa Royals, James Hayden Davis, JamieLee Davis (Gio), Kyle Lee Strickland (Haylee), Jason Wayne Strickland, Kameron Knight and Karissa Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Akeera Murphy, Memphis Brady, Natelee Strickland, Kaylee Strickland and Audrey Strickland.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Douglas Christian Fellowship Church (2761 E Baker Hwy, Douglas, GA 31533).
