She is survived by: her parents, Joey Smith (Kelly) of Alma, GA and April Reliford Smith of Nicholls, GA; her sisters, Jade Alisa Smith (Taylor Breanna Smith) and Kolson Blake Smith (Asher Wade Woodard); her grandparents, Dobby Cothern, Debra Cothern, Kenneth Reliford and Wilbert Smith; her granddaughter Melba Smith; and her significant other Malachi Williams. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
