She was predeceased by : her parents, Noah Lee and Ila Mae Herron Blanton; and her husband William Eddie Forehand. She is survived by : her children, Linda Sue Holmes of Nicholson, Ray Forehand of Nicholson and David Forehand of Davisboro; and her brothers, Terry Blanton of Eureka Springs, AR and Thomas Herron of Douglasville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
