He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Andrews and Rachel Saxon Andrews; his wife Sandra Jean Brewer Andrews; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Brewer and Donny Epps.

He is survived by : his daughter Lynn Hughes (Tim); his siblings, Janet Epps and Cody Andrews (Lynn); his grandson Nicholas Hughes (Baylee); and his brother-in-law Bill Brewer.
