With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Raye Barfield of Nicholson, Georgia, born in Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Affleck and Evelyn Nevels Affleck. She is survived by : her husband Mike Barfield of Nicholson; her daughter Amanda Retter of Braselton; her stepchildren, Mickey Barfield of Danielsville and Michele Atwood of Columbus; and her siblings, Mike Affleck, Cindy Murphy and Linda Jordan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
