He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann Westmoreland; his sons, Dillard Westmoreland of Uniontown and Edmon Dempsey Westmoreland of Nicholson; and his brothers, Larry Westmoreland of Commerce and Tim Westmoreland of Eatonton.
