He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Chen Song; his wife Shuang-Ling; his children, Jim, Issure and Leo; his grandchildren, Sydney, Zachary and Riley Jo; and his siblings, Chen Hsien-Kun and Chen Min-Chu.
