Shelley left this world on July 21, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Fischer and Patty Fischer; her husband Richard Leggitt; her sons, Richard Leggitt Jr. (Renee) and Lance Leggitt (Micah); her grandchildren, Faye, Derek, Matthew, Kirsten and Reece; and her great grandchild Saoirse.
