He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ruby Barlow Harrell; his daughters, Georgianne Harrell and Marianne Johnson (Tremayne); his sister Tammy Harrell Perryman (Bobby); his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Johnson and Shantevia Johnson; and his pets, Suzi, Maxx, Luna and Lily. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
