He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Angie Rathel; his sister Amanda Medders; his uncle Bobby Murphy; and his father-in-law Ricky Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Hutchinson; his children, Shayna Bearden (Michael), Ashleigh Nycole Tyler-Dilbeck and Emily Murphy; his grandchildren, Eliza Jean Delbeck, Braydyn Timothy Dilbeck, Kylee Bearden, Josie Bearden and Dani Bearden; his mother Robin James (David); and his siblings, David James and Kimberly James. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Banks Funeral Home (210 N Main St, Sylvester, GA 31791).
