She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivey S. Hutchinson and Mary Lou Wright Hutchinson; her close friend Jimmy Leon Waters, Sr.; her husband Jimmy Leon Waters, Sr.; her nephew Craig Lewis; and her brother-in-law Albert Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Katie Skeen (Michael) of Moultrie and Jimmy L. Waters, Jr. of Adel; her grandchildren, Jaylin Skeen, Colby Skeen, Tyler Waters and Cayden Waters; her sisters, Nell Johnson of Ellenton and Nancy Passmore (Darrell) of Norman Park; her sister-in-law Janice Waters Spradley of Norman Park; and her siblings' children, Curtis Lewis, Selena Henry, Suzanne Passmore, Alice Rooks, Matt Dawson and Lincoln Dawson.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788).
