He was predeceased by: his parents, Hall Nathaniel Nicholson and Jessie Mae Weeks Nicholson; and his siblings, Dan Nicholson, Patsy Nicholson Pruett and Margaret Nicholson Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Castleberry Nicholson of Norman Park; his children, Trudy Cole (Conn) of Barwick, Carol Nicholson of Norman Park and Mitchell Nicholson (Joanie) of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Suzanne Manley, Dylan Cole, Nicholas Cole (Alexa), Cotton Nicholson, Billie Rose Nicholson, Finn Nicholson and Saree Nicholson; and his great grandchildren, Lilah Jane Thompson, Kodi Raylin Cole, Lucas Manley and Harlow Jane.
