Baker; her son-in-law Terrell Weeks; her siblings, Bobby Thompson (Hazel Thompson Sapp), Jack Thompson, Huel Thompson (Arlene), Louie Thompson (Joan), Clarice Delaney (Jack), Helen Cason (R. A. Cason), Ina Collins (Frank) and Faye Sanders (Ronald); and her siblings-in-law, Joy Ann Thompson and Taylor McDaniel.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Baker (Dale), Donna Kay Weeks and Teresa Willis (Lindsey); her grandchildren, Joe Baker (Lia), Richard Baker (Kim), Jennifer Wetherington (Heath), Anna Sumner (J. J.), Autumn Dickens (Jeremy), Amber Schwalls, Miranda Cox (Todd), Tera Willis and Rebecca King; her great grandchildren, John Baker (Libby), Parker Bullard (Bryce), Jay Baker, Abby Baker, Andy Baker, Alex Baker, Jacey Wetherington, Libby Wetherington, Sadie Wetherington, Aubrey Wetherington, Katie Wetherington, Cheyene Nichols (Nick), Paris Lawson (Jacob), Chloe Corley (Nathan), Ava Dickens, Alivia Dickens, Ellie Schwalls, Sylvie Schwalls, Sophie James Schwalls, Asher Cox and Imogene Willis; her great great grandchildren, John Thomas Baker and Carter Bullard; her siblings, Billy Thompson and Margret McDaniel of Adel; and her sister-in-law Sandra Lightfoot. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home & Crematory (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice in her memory.
