With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tommy Lee Rabon of Norman Park, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Edward Rabon, Sr. and Annie Ruth Holley Rabon; his wife Joyce Steinbacher Rabon; his grandson Austin Fender; and his siblings, Alice Rabon Harrell, Louise Rabon Clark and Carlton Edward Rabon, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Carol Rabon Myers (Dean) and Debra Ann Rabon Powell; his stepchildren, Mark Alan Horsley, Michael Tod Horsley Davis (David), John Howard Horsley (Lisa) and Jamie Horsley Fender; and his brother-in-law Samuel J. Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
