He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Joseph Sinclair and Mae Marie Tillman Sinclair; and his brother-in-law Mike Hilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Tillman (Gayle), Brenda Hilton and Connie English (Chuck); and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Hilton (Michelle), Jody Hilton (Kim), Greg Hilton (Haley), Caleb English (Brittany), Brett English, Lacey English Newberry (Kenny), Billy Wayne Tillman, Jr. (Niki), Brianna Tillman and Justin Calhoun (Michelle). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768).
