He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Joseph Sinclair and Mae Marie Tillman Sinclair; and his brother-in-law Mike Hilton. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Tillman (Gayle), Brenda Hilton and Connie English (Chuck); and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Hilton (Michelle), Jody Hilton (Kim), Greg Hilton (Haley), Caleb English (Brittany), Brett English, Lacey English Newberry (Kenny), Billy Wayne Tillman, Jr. (Niki), Brianna Tillman and Justin Calhoun (Michelle). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family.
Flowers are being accepted or contributions in Mr. Sinclair's memory may be made to Colquitt Regional Hospice.
