He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Silvers and Stacy Ellis Silvers; his close friend Veronica Frances Waldon; his children, Petee Waldon (Haley) and Kaitlynn Newport (Colby); his siblings, Matthew Silvers (Sarah) and Viola Williams Silvers; his grandchildren, Briceson, Brantley, Amelia, Lillie, Marley, Brody, Wesson, Mollie, Cash, Sophia, Crue and Luna; his siblings' children, Brynlee, Carter and Jasper; and his son Rev. David Long (Sky).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
