He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Bartlett and Ruth Martin Bartlett; his siblings, Raymond Bartlett, Anita Bartlett and Peggy Hooper; and his grandson Rodney Duran.

He is survived by : his wife Pat Bartlett of Oakwood; his daughters, Robin (John Moore), Debbie Hammond of Oakwood and Kim (Jeff Eicher); his grandchildren, BriAnn West (Brent), Emily Olvera (Daniel), Jack Eicher and Jesse Eicher; his great grandchildren, Emmett Olvera, Indie Olvera, Parker Ann West and Graham West; his brothers, Roy (Marie Bartlett) and Harrison (Mary Bartlett); and his brother-in-law Doug (Gail Forrester) of Homer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
