She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Red and George William Davis; her husband George; her siblings, Martha Ann Fuller, Mamie Caroline Davis, Georgia Heald and George Theron Davis; and her in-laws, Earl and Bessie Washington.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Twine (Ray) and Deloris Vick (Jerry); her children, Virginia "Jeanie", John and Michael Washington; her grandchildren, Madison Paige Washington, Louis Carter and Sam Carter; her nieces, Christa Heald Carter (Jim) and Pat Fuller Atkinson (Chris); and her nephew John T. Davis. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Wilma requested that donations be made to Dawson Street Methodist Church.
