He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Fields Manley of Tifton Georgia; his children, Ulysses Manley of Maryland, Cheryl West of Brunswick Georgia, Shelia Manley of Brunswick Georgia and James Manley of Brunswick Georgia; and his siblings, Sheron Manley of Fitzgerald Georgia, Robert of Fitzgerald Georgia, Carolyn Manley of Fitzgerald Georgia, Joseph Manley of Fitzgerald Georgia and Bishop Warren Manley of Fitzgerald Georgia.
