It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn H. Ray of Ocilla, Georgia, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, JoAnn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clareance Gazella (Toots) and Helen E. Gazella of Jones; and her siblings, Thomas Frank Gazella and Donna May Renwick. She is survived by: her sister Mary Jane Buchanan of Jones. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews.
