He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sharpe Brack of Odum; his daughters, Mia Brack of Jacksonville, Fla. and Whitney Brown (Ashley) of Odum; his grandchildren, Tucker and Tinsley Hires of Odum; and his siblings, Martha C. Brack (Lynn) of Jacksonville, Fla., Karen Brack (Anita) of Clayton, Nancy Potter-Brack (Terri) of Whidbey Island, Wash., E. A. Brack, Jr. (Karen) of Jacksonville, Fla. and Terry Brack (Cheryl) of Brunswick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
