He is survived by: his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Sean Ellerbee of Monroe; his grandsons, Jack and Ben Ellerbee; his mother Vivian Surrency Aspinwall (Vernon) of Jesup; and his sister Kim Surrency Newman (George) of Odum.
