He is survived by : his wife Juliet Tookes; and his children, Pearlie Robinson (John) of Oglethorpe, JoAnn Hodges (McNeill) of Oglethorpe, Georgia of Oglethorpe, Albert Tookes of Oglethorpe, Jesse Tookes of Oglethorpe, Melvin Tookes (Wilma) of Oglethorpe, Curtis Tookes (Johnnie Mae) of Oglethorpe, Ouida Jefferson (Harris) of Oglethorpe, Ciera Raven (Arthur) and Chardée Rutledge. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
