He is survived by : his son Clifford Dowsey (Georgia) of Americus; his siblings, Willie Frazier (Ineda), Herbert Frazier (Veronica), Marilyn Frazier, Elizabeth Blanford and Nathan Blanford; and his aunts and uncles, Helen Hart, Mary Barnette, Henry Smith of East Point, Georgia and Milton Smith of East Point, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
