She was predeceased by: her husband Bundy Felton McCarty; and her parents, Ella Mae Collins Davis and Jim Milton Davis. She is survived by: her son Ricky Salter; and her siblings, Charlie Davis of Atlanta, Jimmy Davis of Cochran, Lillie Allen of Denver and Eloise Brown of Milledgeville.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Baldwin Memorial Gardens (2896 N Columbia St, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
