He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Clinton Culpepper and Virginia Martha Summerlin; and his sisters, Vivian Purser and Evon Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Delores Culpepper; his sons, Clint Culpepper (Wilma) of White and Keith Culpepper (Kathleen) of Warner Robins, Georgia; his grandson Garrett Culpepper of Warner Robins, Georgia; and his brother Dan Culpepper (Monica) of Germany. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (207 N Dooly St, Montezuma, GA 31063). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
