She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lester and Willie Maude Rackley Lester; her husband Robert Miller; her siblings, Freddie Mae Trice, Eva Lou Green, Albert Lester, James Lester, Arthur Lester and Roosevelt Lester; her daughters, Carolyn Lester and Dale Renee Lockhart; and her niece Valerie Trice.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ezell Lester, Betty Waddell, Johnny B. Lester (Betty) and Annie Mae Lester; her grandchildren, Michael Joiner, Kowalski Joiner (Shana), Jerramiyan Joiner, David Tremayne Joiner, Romeka Robinson (Chris), Edna Hunter (Chris), Adrian Hunter and Ebony Hunter; her great great grandchild Aubrea; and her siblings' children, Mischa Trice and Hosea Trice.
