He is survived by : his wife Clestine Phillips (Chris) of Montezuma; his children, Kevin Carter, Salena Carter of Perry, Georgia and Tracy Brown; his siblings, Williams (Georgia), Carol Brown and Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Wheeler and Sheila Rudolph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
