It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Donald Joiner of Oglethorpe, Georgia, born in Montezuma, Georgia, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Joiner; and his nephew Josh Joiner. He is survived by : his close friend Dale Godfrey of Oglethorpe, GA; his mother Myrtle Wright Joiner; his siblings, Ralph Lamar Joiner (Dondra Lovvorn) of Andersonville, GA, Diane Joiner Cagle of Andersonville, GA and Paul Joiner (Jennifer) of Plains, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Carrie Joiner, Jason Cagle, Megan Hall, Alexia Lythos, Laura Wise (Michael), Amirah Hall and Maggie Joiner.
