He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thompson Miller Sr. and Bettye Wells Miller. He is survived by: his wife Mechelle Miller; his son Andrew Joseph Miller; and his sister Debra Miller Messer (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
