He is survived by: his wife Lillian Kelley; his sons, Dennis Kelley (Anne) and Troy Kelley (Megan); his sister Laura McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Chloe Kelley, Bodhi Kelley and Lincoln Kelley.

“Mr. Mark was always so incredibly kind to me. He always made me feel better with his humor and stories even if he wasn't feeling well himself. I'm so sorry I only just learned of his passing a few minutes ago. I know he is missed and was loved by many. I do not believe there are words that help ease the grief of losing a loved one.
