She is survived by : her children, Leroy Hortman of Oglethorpe, Connie Raper and Pam Dixon (Shane) of Ellaville, Georgia; her sisters, Sandra Cromer of Montezuma and Dorothy Errington of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Scott Hortman (Farrah), Lacey Jefferson, Matthew Hortman, Clinton Hortman, Selena Jones, Bradley Hortman (Mia), Kelly Lloyd (Robert), Nick Hortman (Christy) and Hailey Corbi; and her great grandchildren, Cas Hortman, Coda Hortman, Cain Lloyd, Ashley Roach, Easton Hortman, Eli Ray, Keller Peavy, Mattie Corbin and Addie Corbi.
