Rodney Buckner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Buckner (Oglethorpe, Georgia), who passed away on November 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Buckner and Willie Grace Buckner; and his siblings, Bettye Crocker and Albert James Queen. He is survived by : his wife Vera Smith Buckner; his aunts and uncles, Otis Harris, Sam Buckner, Paul Buckner, Altomese Taylor and Louise Bryant; and his close friend Gladys Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
